It would also alleviate suspicions that Inno is changing the distributions over time to motivate more diamond purchases (which I could support if it is an open process).Ģ) That leaves us with whether Inno is using a true random generator. While I don’t think they can/should do that for every aspect of the game, there are many instances where that would remove the mystery and allow for better planning by players. That leaves it to players and the player wiki (which I believe Inno disavows), to estimate the distribution by observations. There are two issues on distributions going on here:ġ) In a number of instances, Inno does not publish the underlying distribution of “prize’ outcomes. There's also enough people tracking things that if it was busted in general it would probably be widely reported but even if not you can't really expect that Inno is going to prove to various people posting here that their RNG is working? That's way too much work and entirely pointless as the vast majority of the people that I've seen posting here display that they don't know very much about RNG (not that I know much either but my statistic classes are still dimly accessible in my head ). But there's the point of asking for data sets to back up the claim that your or any individual's particular GB is busted. Can an individual GB be messed up? Maybe. There's plenty of people that play this game and enough of them post here that track these items to show that in general Inno's randomness is fine. What you really mean is you agree with him and want Inno to prove that they aren't messing it up. Contrary to what many people may think, there are actual repeatable outcomes (not sure the terminology is right here but the point still remains) in random events and this have been proven mathematically already. Since they provided no facts it's not an 'open mind' at question here. An open mind requires you to actually consider the actual facts of the matter.
